Your role will be to lead and grow a team of Machine Learning engineers, to ensure successful delivery of key strategic projects worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

● Leadership - hiring, managing, mentoring and motivating a best in class team of Machine Learning engineers

● Delivery - oversee and ensure the design and delivery of machine learning and deep learning models in production, to align with company investment and strategy

● Roadmaps - contribute to the definition of the product roadmap based on your o experience and expertise

● Reporting and communication - working closely with and reporting to C-level, your ability to provide project analysis and reporting against key milestones is essential

Your profil

● A proven track record of leading engineering teams of 5-10 people; good organisational and planning skills; performance management and improvement expertise

● Technical knowledge - Deep knowledge of statistics and machine learning, deep knowledge of data engineering is a plus

● Masters degree, PhD, or equivalent self-education, preferably in STEM

● Knowledge of the AdTech or MarTech space a bonus
